Barre Bell Fit Club was designed to promote health & fitness for women through a variety of activities such as barre, strength training, bounce fitness, nutrition, goal setting, and MORE!
I created BB Fit Club because I am passionate about teaching women how to weight train with confidence, gain core strength, improve stability and flexibility along with advocating a healthy lifestyle. I am excited to be able to grow a community of women that want to support and motivate each other!

Barre
Barre is a full body, low impact workout that utilizes isometric movements and lighter weights. With your membership you will be doing various types of Barre exercises, including Stretch, Mobility, Tone, Cardio, etc.
Strength Training
Strength Training also known as weight or resistance training. With your membership you will be doing various exercises that will include body weight, bar(bells), Dumb(bells), and Kettle(bells)
Nutrition
Nutrition is a critical part of our heath & fitness. Food provides the energy and nutrients you need to be healthy. With your membership you will be given nutrition education, nutrition tips, & recipes!
Challenges, Support, & Bonuses
With your membership you will be challenged with fun & unique challenges. The challenges will vary from fitness, nutrition, & mindset! You will have access to a private support group with access to Guest Speakers & Instructors.
